We offer two options when a challenge fails: a free retry or a full service fee refund. You choose the option that works best for your situation.

Refund Eligibility

• We offer Free retry and service fees refund options. Client can choose any one.
• We refund the service fees only if the challenge account fails for breaching any trading rules.
• We don't refund if the firm scams or becomes insolvent. This is beyond our control and falls outside our guarantee.
• Refund processing time is 7-10 working days from the date of approval.

Important Terms

To be eligible for a refund or free retry, the following conditions must be met:

• The account must be managed entirely by our team from the start of the challenge.
• The client must not have traded on the account during our management period.
• The failure must be due to our trading activity, not external factors such as prop firm rule changes or platform issues.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the account failure.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

• If the prop firm itself becomes insolvent, shuts down, or refuses to pay out legitimate profits.
• If the client violates prop firm rules independently while the account is under our management.
• If the client changes account settings, passwords, or configurations without our knowledge.
• If the client uses the account for purposes other than those agreed upon in our service contract.
